Let’s go watch Slumdog Millionaire
This semester at Found in Translation we’re starting to plan several fun offline activities in addition to the blogging, and we hope you’ll get involved. We’re thinking of movie nights, field trips to local events and exhibits, experimental liveblogging, discussions about language, politics, culture and technology… you name it! (got an idea? post a comment below)
We’ll kick it off this Thursday afternoon with a movie outing to see the much-acclaimed film “Slumdog Millionaire”. We’ll have more events announced soon on the calendar, so check back often. And if you’re in a conversation group or language-related student organization that would like to announce its events on the calendar, write to foundintranslation.admin [at] gmail.com and you can add them.
