Hi there, I am an MA student in Translations and I thought to write my dissertation on translating comics. DO you think it will possible for you to send me some materials on the topic? I am really interested in the “traditions” of translating comics that you’ve mentioned. Thank you for your time

I’d read anything by Scott McCloud (he has a fan page on FB). Can’t recall anything he’s written directly on translation, but I’ll bet he’s thought about it. He does write about comic conventions of all kinds.
